Oceanology Predator	15/12/2009
CSUKL & GMSL will have the new Inspection Class ROV, 'Predator', on display at Oceanology. The Predator has gone through months of testing and modifications to bring the system up to the standard CSUKL was aiming at when designing. The new system hosts an array of standard features which are not seen in other systems. Some features are usually only available through 3rd party add-ons. Predator ROV at Seaworks 2009	22/06/2009
Cetrax Systems & Global Marine Systems had the new Predator Inspection Class ROV on display at the Seaworks 2009 show in Southampton. The show generate a huge amount of interest surrounding the ROV. Many of the show visitors stopped by the stand to take a closer look of the new system and to get an idea of its capabilities. Cetrax Systems is scheduled to release the ROV later in 2009.

Global Marine Systems Partnership	15/06/2009
Global Marine Systems and Cetrax Systems today announced a development partnership focused on an innovative new 300m inspection class ROV. The ‘Predator’ ROV has been developed using the latest high reliability technology design for maximum operating efficiency and continuous performance in all marine operations. “The Predator has a number of very innovative features which are ideal for our own use,” said John Davies, Subsea Services Manager for Global Marine Systems. “We operate an extensive fleet of ROVs and the approach Cetrax has taken to rethinking ROV technology has impressed us. We are looking forward to putting Predator to work ourselves and to working with Cetrax to bring it, and its next generation features, to market.” The Predator is designed for use in a wide range of market sectors such as, oil & gas, telecommunications, military, subsea power, and inshore survey. Together in partnership, Global Marine Systems and Cetrax have also announced development and manufacturing plans for the ROV, with a scheduled market launch later this year. “We see the Predator as the first in a new generation of ROVs,” commented Jamie Cunliffe, Operations Director for Cetrax Systems. “It is compact and highly modular allowing for a very flexible set of camera and lighting configurations. Features such as the PC-based interface, as well as plug-and-play equipment configuration, make for very straightforward user experience, increasing functionality while greatly simplifying training and operations.” Global Marine Systems and Cetrax will be displaying the Predator ROV at Seaworks, being held in Southampton, UK June 16-18.

Cetrax Systems (UK) Ltd presented their new inspection class ROV at the Ocean Business 2009 Exhibition in Southampton. The new ROV if the first system to be released by Cetrax Systems. The new system boasts a host of standard fitted items in the ROV including LED lighting, zoom camera and a full system diagnostics system.
