To meet these aims a Quality Management System is being established which complies with the requirements of ISO 9001:2008.
Our quality process includes:
- Research to define and improve our products through involvement with our employees and our customers.
- Develop understanding and identify the changing needs and expectations of our customers;
- Actively to seek customer feedback and to use this as a format for continuous assessment and improvement.
- Maintain processes and procedures which ensure that these changes are accommodated;
- Provide services on time and at the lowest cost;
- Work in close co-operation with clients, customers, suppliers and sub-contractors to provide the right quality work and service.
- Provide an employment environment where continuous improvement is encouraged;
- Train all staff and contractors to act in accordance with the requirements of this policy ensuring it is communicated and understood throughout the organization.
Achievement of these policy aims involves all staff, who are individually responsible for the quality of their work, resulting in a continually improving working environment for all.
Our Director has a specific responsibility for ensuring that the management structure reflects the quality standard, ensuring that the established Management system is maintained, reviewed, improved when necessary.
The companies approach is to listen to our customers and to discuss the individual requirements of every contract, thus ensuring that our clients remain fully satisfied with our service delivery.
With each project we undertake, a Quality Plan is implemented, encompassing control measures that ensure the client’s requirements are met, within the specified time, and in line with the budget. To this end, we endeavour to work as a committed team in a spirit of co-operation with the client and their customers. |
